We are seeking a motivated engineer who is eager to learn quickly and provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients.

• Rapidly understand and operate complex systems;
• Apply system features effectively in real-world scenarios;
• Provide 24/7 technical support for production and test systems to clients in the UK and Europe;
• Analyze functional requirements and provide enhancements for Oracle Retail modules;
• Develop unit and system test scenarios to validate business logic and mitigate post-implementation issues;
• Maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations and ensure the quality and timeliness of work.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred;
• Experience with Oracle modules is a significant advantage;
• Prior experience with CRM systems is desirable;
• Strong multitasking abilities and stress resilience;
• Proficiency in SQL and Linux console operations;
• Knowledge of PL/SQL, Pro*C, and Shell scripting is beneficial;
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
